For flexible ad hoc support, with no obligation or commitment, invoiced at a fixed hourly rate. This is a generalised HR consulting service, beneficial for small pieces of work, or services that do not have a fixed start and end. This could also be a good introductory framework to see how Bridge HR Solutions could work for you. 

This for larger projects which require a lot of time and work, but can be compiled into a fixed price, such as creating an employee handbook or conducting an HR Audit. Projects aims, objectives and timescales will be agreed as part of the project outline.

This is an ongoing HR solution service covering a wide variety of HR specialisms.  The fixed cost is dependant on the level of support required and a fixed price is agreed for a minimum of a 6 monthly contract term.
